Laboratory Internal Audit – ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – Virtual

Delegates complete a two-day course in a virtual instructor led environment (VILT) to gain an understanding of the purpose of internal auditing in the context of a laboratory complying with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and be able to plan an internal audit programme. It emphasises key aspects such as risk-based audit programme planning, audit principles and records, management of outcomes including capture of non-conformities, cause analysis and corrective actions, human aspects of auditing and management review. The course requires active participation of the delegate in several role-play exercises as well as participation in a variety of presentations; all geared to give the delegate an opportunity to put their new skills into practice in a variety of audit situations.
