The AIGPE™ Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt is a professional who masters 40+ Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Tools and Techniques. Analyses data using graphical techniques in Minitab Statistical Software. Determines the root causes of a problem using several root-cause analysis techniques. And demonstrates the ability to create Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Storyboard.
Each certification candidate is required to 1) go through the AIGPE™ Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training and 2) pass an examination that consists of multiple-choice questions that measure comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
The key learning objectives of the Six Sigma Yellow Belt training are 1) Employ Voice of Customer skills, translate them to process requirements, and create a Project Charter. 2) Map the As-Is Process and Baseline current Performance. 3) Use root-cause analysis and graphical techniques to identify root causes. 4) Prioritize actions and implement a pilot. 5) Rollout actions on the shop floor and sustain the gains.
