Advanced Leadership Program - Aspiring Leaders

ALP for Aspiring Leaders is a three-month cohort experience where a group of 36 individual contributors from across the organization are brought together to learn and reflect on topics intended to grow their capability as a future Lowe’s people leader. A variety of methodologies are used, including facilitator-led virtual and in-person presented in partnership by the Lowe’s Executive & Leadership Development team with various partners including Emory’s Goizueta Business School®, leadership assessments, group coaching, and action learning (a management simulation). The performance outcomes below will prepare managers for their next role and are aligned to leading self, leading teams, and leading business.
