FOCUS Training Elevate Institute Spring 2024

The Elevate Institute is a high-level leadership development for experienced managers and senior leaders. The content included as part of the Elevate Institute is designed to equip experienced leaders with the strategic leadership tools that they will need to move into the next chapter of their careers. This includes topics like operating with an enterprise leadership mindset, making unbiased leadership decisions, identifying and utilizing leadership styles, and talent development. Elevate Institute Classes The Elevate Institute has four monthly classes in a cohort-style learning environment. Each class is broken up into three 90-minute learning modules with breaks in between. Communities of Practice One of the most enriching elements of a cohort-style learning environment is the opportunity to engage in peer coaching. Participants in the Elevate Institute attend four Communities of Practice, a once-a-month 60-minute event that allows participants the opportunity to talk about how they are incorporating the material taught in the previous class and trouble-shoot in a constructive safe space about challenges they are facing. Upon graduation from the Institute, graduates are invited to continue attending future Communities of Practice to continue honing their skills
