By completing this Responsible AI course, students will have gained a clear, practical understanding of how AI works, where it’s being used, and why responsible design matters. They’ll have explored real-world risks like bias, privacy, environmental impact, and misinformation—alongside the frameworks to mitigate them. Students will be able to apply the SAFER model (Sustainability, Accountability, Fairness, Explainability, Resilience) to evaluate and guide AI systems responsibly. They’ll walk away with the confidence to ask better questions, make informed decisions, and ensure AI aligns with human values—whether they’re building it, using it, or shaping policy around it. Certification reflects AI literacy with purpose.
