Strategic Planning: Visioning and Goal Setting

This certification confirms the completion of all required components in the Strategic Planning: Visioning and Goal Setting module. As such, the Fellow has learned how to create an emergent strategy over a deliberate one. Additionally, the Fellow can identify the differences between a static form of planning and a more dynamic form. They have also developed multiple business strategies for their own business and ensure a way to shift between them as situations change.
