The Saxbys Experiential Learning Badge in Strategic Marketing introduces learners to the fundamentals of an effective marketing plan. Through a series of lecture videos and assigned readings, learners explore key concepts and processes for developing a strategic marketing plan and consider tools and strategies for connecting with target audience. Along the way, they hear from a variety of team members at Saxbys about how we market our products and move guests from brand awareness to brand loyalty. In the final module, learners explore relevant jobs in marketing and how to talk about their experience in this course in your job application materials. To complete the course and earn the badge in Strategic Marketing, learners write, record, and submit a final presentation. The goal of the final presentation is to develop a strategic marketing plan related to a specific product or offer at their campus café.
