Certified Renaissance Performance Engineer

This certificate is granted at the successful completion of the Renaissance Performance Engineer 4-Month training Program, including +100 hours of live-training. The certificant is authorized to facilitate Renaissance sessions as a Lead Performance Engineer. The Certified Renaissance Performance Engineer certificant: ● Adheres to the belief that Diversity Drives Innovation. ● Facilitates application of Medici's thought leadership by leading sessions and the application of the approach by collaborators. Certification Requirements ● Participated in person or virtually for an educational offering of at least +100 hours. ●Led +7 coaching hours, observed by the Renaissance Performance Engineer Training Staff. ● Demonstrated the ability to lead with the Medici Approach by facilitating and passing a certification session. Certificants must maintain their active status by adhering to the Renaissance Performance Engineer program's renewal requirements.
