Medical Laboratories Awareness – ISO 15189:2022 – Virtual

Delegates complete a two-day course in a virtual instructor led environment (VILT) to gain an awareness of the requirements of ISO 15189:2022. This course takes the delegates on the sample journey, from test request through to reporting results. It focuses on clinical utility, obligations to the patient and risk management. Delegates are required to complete a pre-course exercise eLearning module in addition to the VILT course and there is a supplementary post-course module provided to support Learners post-course reflective activity. The course includes a number of exercises, all of which develop practical considerations of the key themes of ISO 15189:2022.
