User Experience Design

User experience design is the process of enhancing the pleasure a person feels when interacting with a product or service. This custom-developed 10-week UX course explains why designing with the user in mind is so critical, how to create digital experiences that lead to positive brand experiences, and structuring design interaction ( information architecture and web design) that leads to higher affinity and conversions. Graduates have the tools, tactics and techniques to build a user-friendly website interface, to structure content in a way that makes sense to users, and understand how users think and behave to inform the design process.
