Leadership Development Program

Launched in 1974, the Leadership Development Program (LDP)® is the longest running program of its kind in the world. LDP is a human-centered learning experience for mid-level leaders that is about becoming more aware, resilient and change adept; it is about being more curious, compassionate, and courageous. It is about understanding organizational systems, understanding the power dynamics and pressures these systems place on self and others, and learning to influence the system to achieve lasting change. It is about creating capacity for leaders to effectively navigate the uncertainty and complexity of this disruptive moment. It is about the journey “from here to there.”
