TriHealth Critical Thinking Capability Development

Module 1 - The HR Business Partner Mindset - During this module, participants assess their current mindset as to a Growth vs. Fixed mindset and explore the opportunities and benefits to a growth mindset. A mindset assessment provides additional self awareness on how we see the world, and lead to a deeper conversation on how our mindset shows up in our work. Module 2 - Discovering New Ways to Create Solutions Integrative Thinking as a way of thinking about our thinking and use the framework to examine the question we are being asked to solve. Module 3 - Driving and Supporting Change Within The Organization Focus on how the HR business partner drives and supports change within the organization. Using practical discussion and exercises it will examine the role of HR as the catalyst and facilitator of change to illustrate how you can apply this to any change project within your organization. Module 4 - Activation: The final module is dedicated to bringing all the models, tools and techniques together and applying them to a current business challenge they provide. Discussions and facilitated exercises provide participants with the opportunity to practice using the skills they have learned. This session will wrap up with an action planning session focused on setting the stage for activation of critical thinking skills upon return to the workplace.
