My Leadership Style

This certification confirms the completion of all required components in the My Leadership Style module. As such, the Fellow has identified the style that aligns with their leadership style and its connection to their business’s growth journey. Additionally, the Fellow has learned the Leadership Compass that uses the Four-Fold Way to describe leadership styles. The Fellow has a clear understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each leadership style. This has equipped them to be able to grow their business by bringing together different styles of leadership that complement each other to increase effectiveness and productivity.
