ExO Consultant

This certificate entitles the holder to act as a Consultant in the ExO Model. Holders can access the Exponential Quotient Survey within the OpenExO Platform and can help organizations to understand how Exponential they are and how to embrace the ExO Model. The Certification which is 4 weeks long and includes online live mentorships and training as well as hands on practical application,  provides participants with a detailed overview of the ExO Attributes (SCALE and IDEAS) with a special focus on applying these to commercial organizations in an advisory/consulting role.
