Igniting Professional Development and Industry Awareness MMI Academy supported rising industry leaders in their exploration of career development by offering exposure to the latest management and leadership theory and applications as well as the varied roles, functions and institutions of the financial services ecosystem. The program provides participants with both experiential learning and real-life industry exposure. They were able to gain practical tools that they can apply regardless of their sector interest or level of professional experience. Participants were able to return to their organizations with an initial action plan and strategies for leveraging their talents to effectively lead and contribute to their professional growth as well as the industry.
