CEW Leaders Program

The CEW Leaders Program is a bespoke leadership program developed to inspire and equip women to fulfil their leadership potential. The program provides women with the skills to take their place alongside men so that organisations deliver the best possible outcome for customers, shareholders and the community. Designed and delivered by CEW members and program facilitators Dagmar Schmidmaier AM, Lynette Mayne AM, Amanda Mostyn, Kathleen Baily-Lord and Karen Penrose, the content is structured around the personal audit. Topics include themes of power, status and communication; personal leadership styles; the leadership shadow; the power of relationships; career options; and leading in a digital world. Executives, both women and men, are invited to speak on these topics and participants explore these issues in workshops. Involvement of CEW members and other executives together with a unique mix of participants from a wide range of organisations gives this program an ongoing competitive edge.
