PILOT Accelerated Career Development Program

PILOT is a six month program that delivers virtual career development through an award-winning structured combination of individual reflection, manager feedback, live group coaching sessions, and executive firesides. Employees learn to prioritize their growth and development, think and act like a manager, create the conditions they need to be productive, advocate for what they need, form strong bonds with their managers, and share preferences about how they work with colleagues. Throughout the program, employees are encouraged to make positive changes and learn to command their careers.
