Ryann Monahan
This workshop, led by LaTonya Wilkins, builds on the tactical approach of coaching to introduce strategic coaching. Participants will specifically learn how to create psychological safety, belonging, and trust through coaching. The format is hands-on and features a comprehensive coaching demonstration, opportunities to practice coaching skills within small groups, and action planning.
