A professional who completes all four courses and presents a sample of their portfolio of work will earn a certification and the designation as a Skilling America Navigator, joining an elite group of highly skilled career Navigators dedicated to leading millions of Americans to better jobs and brighter futures. Skilling America Navigators should have expertise in: 1. Developing resilient workforce systems 2. Providing current, demand-driven career coaching to job seekers 3. Developing strategic partnerships with businesses and other industry stakeholders 4. Interpreting and applying labor market and job data 5.
