Inclusion Drives Innovation is for people who are ready to deepen their knowledge of anti-racism, committed to taking action, and are motivated by driving impact. We encourage multiple employees from each member organization to participate to create a team of change agents. All employees will benefit from this program, however, senior leaders who are empowered to create impact will derive the most benefit.
