The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors program consists of Chamber champions – members who promote member engagement by fostering relationships and showcasing the valuable services and benefits of membership. As a walking testimonial, Ambassadors represent the Chamber and raise awareness for its programs and events while serving as a liaison between staff and the general membership base. The Ambassadors are an extension of the Chamber staff and work to help attract and retain Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce members.
To earn this badge, Ambassadors must:
Demonstrate membership and community engagement customer service with a minimum of 1 year participation (September 2024 to August 2025)
Attend a range of events to gain knowledge of all facets of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce
Participate in a Welcome Orientation program to experience membership onboarding to relate to new members and serve as a new member guide
Invest a minimum of 8 service hours/month during the Ambassador term, including activities such as staffing welcome tables at events, attending ribbon cutting ceremonies to celebrate new businesses in the Denver Metro and support local economic growth, referring new Ambassadors, recruiting new members and prospective members (target 4 per year), and marketing/promoting the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce within their organization, in the community, and online.

Earning Criteria
Required
To earn this badge, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors must:
Participate in a Chamber Orientation each year, program is offered quarterly.
Attend Ambassador meetings in September 2024 - August 2025.
Serve for a period of at least one Chamber fiscal year (September – August)
Commit to a minimum of 8 hours of service per month
Always promote the Chamber in a positive manner
To earn this badge, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors were required to:
Attend Ambassador Meetings. To help facilitate communication, the group meets every other month.
Attend Chamber events regularly.
Articulate Chamber membership benefits and provide answers or direct them to the appropriate Chamber staff member, if members or potential members have questions about membership.
Facilitate communication between Chamber staff and membership.
Make connections for fellow Chamber members by promoting their products and services and highlighting its members and their unique products and services.
Serve as a liaison between the Chamber and new members by gathering feedback via monthly call sheets and sharing insights with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce for continued business process and member experience improvement.
Represent their business or organization as well as the Chamber.
