During the Percepta experience, they: ■ Define what success looks like in their organizations ■ Explore potential career paths ■ Discern between results and activities, and see connect points to broader goals ■ Identify characteristics of their corporate cultures Upon completion they are ready to take on the next big challenge in their organization – managing key initiatives, projects, or teams.
