Course Description : This training is designed to provide the participants with the knowledge and tools to enhance their skills in gender-responsive effective sales and relationship management to better service SMEs, particular women, women entrepreneurs. Course Objectives Upon the completion of this course, Participants should be able to: •Have a better understanding concerning the gender sensitive approach to customer relationship management and gained a better understanding of the principles of client relationship management. •Learn about the target customer and their financial needs as well as the concept of client segmentation. •Develop their skills in effective sales and communication under gender lens. •Understand their role in promoting the women SME value proposition and managing customer relationships. •Learn about commonly used tools & techniques in client relationship management and practiced how to use some of them.
