LSS Yellow Belt

Our Operational Excellence (OPEX) team is proud to offer Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training and coaching for Yellow and Green Belts. These trainings provide concrete tools that enable each participant to drive continuous improvement and value creation for our customers.      Comprised of Master Black Belts, Black Belts, and Green Belts, the OPEX team strives to activate the fundamental methodologies of LSS, including DMAIC and PERFORM (The Adecco Group’s quality management methodology).
