This certification confirms the completion of all required components in the Leading Teams module. As such, the Fellow understands how the group and team roles can help to accomplish an overall goal and the importance of leaders who understand individual and collective traits. Additionally, the Fellow can identify where a team is in their development and it can provide the necessary support for teams, and individuals, at all stages. They can also understand “why” things are happening at certain times which helps recognize the cause of changes in team behavior. It can lead to a self or team evaluation period that can lead to improved productivity.
