A Licensed Enable® Consultant is able to lead an organization through the following:
1. Work with senior leadership to identify and define key business objectives.
2. Work with senior leadership and key managers to "operationalize" those objectives by pinpointing the right indicators for teams to track.
3. Teach teams how to have an effective daily or weekly huddle around their key leading indicators, with a standard process for problem-solving, decision-making, and recognizing trends.
4. Coach senior leaders, managers and team members on how to iterate their leading indicators and improve cross-functional collaboration and communication.
A Licensed Enable® Consultant has completed four weeks of remote training and two days of onsite training on the Enable accountability management system, as well as on how to deliver the client journey as articulated above. In addition, they belong to a community of fellow Enable consultants who meet monthly to share emerging insights, real-time, as they lead their client companies through implementation.
